Salon Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our salon policies below. These guidelines help us manage appointments effectively while respecting the time of both our clients and our team.

Appointment Policy

It is our policy that we require 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the time to try and fill your allocated appointment time.

Confirmation text messages are sent 2 days and 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond to these as soon as possible. This allows us the time to reschedule you if required and offer you appointment time to other clients who are waiting. Our Phone is unattended on the weekends. If you need to cancel your appointment over the weekend please log into your fresha account.

Cancellation

Cancellations and reschedule that occur same day of your appointment will result in a 50% of your booking cancellation fee.

Late Arrival

To maintain a calm, high quality service experience for every guest, we do not shorten or rush treatments to accommodate late arrivals. This ensures the best possible results for you and supports our team’s wellbeing. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust where we can. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our therapist’s time and other guest’s experiences.

No Show

If you do not show up for an appointment, will result in 100% of the missed service. Repeated No show customers or repeated cancellation of appointments will be required to pay 100% upfront for their booking. It will be non refundable if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment.
